Captain Alan McRae
Native of Central Florida, having grown up on the Gulf Coast has owned boats since the age of 8 years old. Professional career as MHIC Home Remodeling Contractor for over 30 years. Holds USCG Merchant Mariners License, Private Pilot License and PADI Dive Certificate. Credentialed Minister of New Horizon Ministries, served in foreign mission fields of Colombia, S.A. and Dominican Republic. Founded Anchor Point, Inc. in March, 2008. Alan is a founding member of the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce. Alan sits on the Dorchester County Partnership for Families and Children (aka. Local Management Board). He is active in mentoring and sponsoring weekend retreats in the Credo Recovery Community. Husband to Nancy for 37 years, proud father of 2 and grandfather of 2.

As a lifelong learner, Diana, a Columbia University Fellow, completed a M.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/Human Resources Management at American University, a B.S. degree in Psychology at Towson University, Certificate Programs at Sheppard-Pratt School of Mental Studies in clinical psychology and Cornell University in Labor Relations, and CEU’s at Harvard Business and others. A former human resources executive with thirty -plus- years C-level leadership at Fortune 100 companies in telecommunications, aerospace, education & government. As a playwright, she co-authored , directed and performed for the centennial conference The Many Roles of Harriet - A Community Conversation.
