Anchor Point, Inc. is a 501c3 Public Charity and Maryland non-profit, tax-exempt corporation that encourages character building in the lives of at-risk youth and adults in recovery through mentoring and outdoor activities. The four key elements that we practice are: Working, Learning, Serving, and Adventure. We reach out to all people regardless of race, creed, or color. Learning to "Live Life Well" is our motto.
The Core Values of Anchor Point
We promote and facilitate adults in starting effective mentoring relationships with youth. We offer facilities and opportunities for experiencing outdoor adventure activities such as sailing, boating, fishing and camping. We assist others in finding their "anchor points" in life.
We have seen lives changed, young people have realized they are capable are far more than they knew, adults encouraged to live their lives differently through positive interaction with one another and challenge themselves beyond their comfort zones through outdoor adventure and sailing.

Our program is based out of Lippincott Marine in Grasonville, MD on Kent Island. We are grateful to the owner and staff for a pleasant, clean facility.
